About Smart Computer SCST is a Modern science and Technical institution in Bangladesh. It was built in 1998 and spreaded technical diploma Engineering course (4 years) under Bangladesh Technical Education Board (BTEB) from 2000 to present date. All Staffs, advisers, Teachers, studendents and Parents have only one aim to spread Technical Educatim all over the country and from capitat to rool level village. We belive in In quality educatiom but we do not belive in quantity.
